The owner will keep a DEPOSIT FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGES in the amount of 40,000.00 MXN throughout the stay. Provided that there is no damage at the time of moving out, it will be refunded.

Friends of the ancient high culture of the Maya will also get their money’s worth in the immediate vicinity.
