RENÉ JEREMIAS
The Yucatan Peninsula, the legendary land of the Maya, and especially Mérida, the vibrant metropolis in the northwest, have cast their spell on me since 2014, which remains unbroken to this day. At that time, I was experiencing one of the last great adventures for motorcycle enthusiasts in modern times. I followed the course of the Pan-American Highway from the northernmost seat of Alaska down to Tierra del Fuego in Argentina. After 25,000 KM in the saddle of my motorcycle, Mérida and its wonderful inhabitants welcomed me with open arms and did not let me go, even after several attempts to reach the south of America. Today I am very happy to experience the beauty and wonders of this unique region together with you and to be able to actively support you in realizing your dream of living in this wonderful part of the world.
I was born and raised in Germany. In addition, I have had the privilege of living in countries such as Australia, the USA, and now in Mexico. I started my professional career with an apprenticeship as a merchant in wholesale, continued it with a degree in business administration, and subsequently worked in various responsible positions in internationally operating companies in the financial sector as well as in trade. After the successful foundation and establishment of Yucatan Property Scouts as well as the confirmation of the real estate agent license in Germany, I dedicate myself today with passion to the challenges of the agile real estate market of Yucatan.
Together with our team, consisting of experienced real estate agents and our network partners such as lawyers, notaries, translators, banks, etc., we have already been able to realize the dream of a new home in Yucatan for many people from all over the world or we have found a new place for their professional or private activities. JÖRG RÖSENER
Born and raised in an idyllic small town in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, I decided to study social pedagogy right after graduating from high school. Already during my studies, I had the opportunity to get to know México, especially Yucatan, from its best side during a Rotarian exchange.
This experience had a positive influence on me, not least because I met my present wife during this stay. After successfully completing my studies, I first worked in an institution for mentally ill young adults until I decided, together with my wife, to move to Mérida in 2002.
There we started a jewelry business and built it up over the years with a lot of diligence and ambition to a recognized manufactory for especially filigree jewelry. Yucatan, with its unique fauna and flora, always served us as inspiration for creating jewelry pieces. In 2019, I decided to indulge in my second great passion, trading in real estate. Since then, together with my business partner, I have been steering the fortunes of Yucatan Property Scouts and look forward to accompanying you on the way to your dream property in the fabulously beautiful Yucatan.

As a seasoned professional with 25+ years of experience in sales, business development, and management, I bring expertise and passion to the table. Originally from Winnipeg, Canada. I’ve had the privilege of working in various countries, including Bermuda, Malaysia, Australia, and now Mexico, which has enriched my perspective on business and life.
My journey began with a deep love for sales and a drive to succeed. Throughout my career, I held responsible positions in international companies across diverse sectors, gaining valuable insights in finance, retail, and more. Complementing my professional background, I became a certified life coach, allowing me to develop a profound understanding of people’s needs and aspirations.
Furthermore, I’ve actively engaged in politics as a Deputy Field Director, where I skillfully organized campaign trails, managed websites, and fostered connections between government and community. This experience taught me the significance of active listening, building bridges, and uniting people to achieve common goals.
Drawing upon my expertise in negotiation, business, and sales, I am well-prepared to guide you through the dynamic real estate market of Yucatan.
