Casa La Buena Fé, or the house of good faith, was completely restored in 2019. In the process, the typical colonial elements, such as the original masonry, the great colonial-style facade, and the high beamed ceilings were completely refurbished and supplemented with other modern constructions. The original part of the house today includes the living room as well as the dining room and a newly integrated bathroom.

The living room extends over the entire width of the house of 10.5 m and can be entered from the outside through four doors. Wide arches with original wooden frames provide access to the dining room and ensure good air circulation. The dining room is joined by the modern kitchen with a high, open beamed ceiling made of hardwood. The kitchen equipment includes a wide cooking island as well as a gas stove and a sink. The wide, wide-opening glass door provides a great view over the garden with a large pool.

Directly from the kitchen, you enter the spacious bedroom of the main building. Here, too, large windows allow a great view of the garden. A truly unique feature is the original deep well shaft, which has been fitted with lights and covered with an armored glass panel to be integrated into the bedroom as a great design element. A dressing room and a bathroom are assigned to the bedroom. In the bathroom, the modern equipment is successfully combined with classic colonial style elements.

At the rear of the property, a modern two-story casita was added to the original construction. This includes a garage on the ground floor, an indispensable feature in the city center. Not only does the garage provide space for a vehicle, but it also houses the connections for the washer, dryer, and sink.
