LOCATION

This fantastic apartment complex is located in the center of the attractive neighborhood Campestre, right on Avenida Campestre, one of the most exclusive streets in Mérida with the highest capital gains. Campestre is a quiet, green Colonia with a mixture of colorful detached houses and large mansions with old trees. Although Av. Campestre is a well-developed four-lane road, it is a quiet street without public transport.

Due to its convenient location between Prolongación Paseo Montejo and Mexico 261 (Calle 60), two of the main access roads of Mérida, the center of Mérida as well as popular hotspots in the northern part like the shopping mall “Galerías Mérida” as well as famous schools and universities are easily accessible. You can reach all these destinations in just a few minutes by car.

Even the popular Golf coast is easily reachable. Just follow the Mexico 261 (Calle 60) further north. It soon leads to another important main road Prolongation Montejo. Immediately after passing Periférico, Mérida’s important ring road, the road turns into a well maintained eight-lane highway. That takes you straight to Progreso, the cultural center at the coastline stretching from Chuburna Puerto to San Crisanto, which nowadays is also called the “Yucatan Riviera”.

But you are not obliged to drive, Campestre itself offers everything you need for everyday life, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, great cafes, restaurants, banks, gyms, as well as a nice park with a church. Check out the café “C’est Pantastic”. They make the best croissants in town.
